• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, target keywords and competitors you enter in the Free Analysis or contact forms.
• Account data: email address and profile details when you sign in to the workspace.
• Public business data: publicly listed Google Maps information (name, address, rating, reviews, website, phone) used to produce visibility reports.
• Usage data: pages visited, clicks and device/browser information collected through analytics tools.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com. We do not store card details.

2. How we use data

• To generate and deliver analysis reports and the services you purchase.
• To reply to enquiries and send service-related emails.
• To send marketing emails only where you have consented or where permitted by law; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve, secure and measure the performance of our website.

3. Legal bases

We process data on the basis of contract performance, your consent, our legitimate interests (such as improving our service and contacting businesses about publicly visible profile issues) and legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, analytics (Amplitude), customer messaging (Customer.io), mapping data providers, and our payment reseller Paddle. They process data under their own privacy terms and applicable data protection agreements.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and UK GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email info@aiceo.app. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data isolation. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
