These terms govern your use of AI CEO (aiceo.app). By using the website or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
AI CEO provides software and services that analyse the local search and Google Maps visibility of businesses, including free analyses, full reports, AI insights and subscription packages (Compass, Route and Atlas) with monthly AI credits.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
3. Payments and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices, taxes and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: breaking laws, sending spam, attempting unauthorised access, scraping or reselling the service without permission, or uploading harmful content.
6. Reports and estimates
Reports are based on publicly available data and models and are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue results.
7. Intellectual property
The software, design and content of AI CEO belong to us or our licensors. Reports you receive may be used for your own business purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
