Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with AI CEO. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of any renewal payment. Refunds are processed by our payment reseller Paddle.com to the original payment method.

2. How to request a refund

Email info@aiceo.app with your order email and receipt number, or contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt email (paddle.net).

3. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

4. AI credits

Monthly AI credits are included with your plan, reset each billing period and have no cash value.
